New Pokemon Gen: Pokemon X and Pokemon Y

Good news for Pokemon Fans out there! After the success of the last installment of Pokemon Black and White 2, a news of new PokeGen is said to be out there. Rumor has it that it might be released worldwide simultaneously around October 2013. Entitled Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, it introduces many few new Generation Pokemon and a lot more evolution and or more forms and a lot more new abilities.

To cut the long sentences short, here is the overview. :D

• Storyline focused on a world in crisis
• Full 3D world and models
• New type will be introduced
• Fewer new Pokémon, but some existing ones get new forms/abilities
• Wii U will get a Pokémon Battrio (Japanese arcade exclusive right now) game which uses NFC technology
• Overworld and battles are now full 3D
• Grass starter is Chespin (Japanese name, Harimaron, based on ‘chesnut’ and ‘[pine] needle’)
• Fire starter is Fennekin (Japanese name, Fokko, based on ‘fox’ and ‘child’)
• Water starter is Froakie (Japanese name, Keromatsu, based on sound a frog makes and ‘bubbles/foam’)
• The legendary Pokémon’s names have been confirmed as Xerneas and Yveltal according to the official Pokémon site . Any ideas about the name origin guys? The whole Yggdrasil theory is looking more and more likely by the moment.

People around the forums are talking about the new game play that will be introduced on the series such as new type of element, player customization, new forms of favorite pokemon, how the title is derived, what kind of enemy will show and so much more. Even I can't wait to play this game. New world to explore and new friends to meet.
