Career Planning:

Most of us surely had heard this or even read it on somewhere right? This could also be tackled in your life in the future for sure. Now the question is, have you found your life?

Finding a job is easy,
Building a career is a different story.

I quoted that out from my teacher from my HR Management class when I entered her class last Tuesday. It moved me right away and thought different things just by reading it. She didn't explain how does the verse go or what it really meant.

Landing a job is quiet easy and you can learn different tips on how to increase your chances of success, how to promote yourself and how you can effectively work with it.

Am I at the right job?

Am I at the right company?

Am I leading the right Life?

These question should be considered when you are going to make a career? What you really want in life makes a factor to how content are you and in building your career. I Don't need to explain this any further as this depends on what you want, how you want it and why you want it.

In HR Management, there are steps that we follow in employing, we start from recruitment, then we go at selecting the best candidate, then we start the training Program. Lastly, we develop them through the use of such training. In your career, you should be able to know what you want. As a human, we have limitless needs and wants, you should recruit and what you really want. When you know them, be a strainer and select what is best for you and will make you contented in life once you reach it. Train yourself to achieve that career, and when you focus on your training, once you really did get it, you have developed yourself in the process and sooner or later, you will find what career have been good for you.

Chances and Luck has nothing to with your career, it is how you lead your life to the fullest without any regret.

One of the secret in a happy life is that, you should be happy on what you and do and being contented in what you have.
