"[ᴄᴏᴍᴍᴇɴᴛ ʙʟᴏᴄᴋᴇᴅ.]"

Have you found your comment or post turned into this text? Or would you rather have a status in your wall with that? Yes, Discipline is required when posting, as to refer with my post "Think Before Posting", People must know how it will affect everyone around him or her, What will be the initial action of the person being talked to, or what will they feel? Taking away the right to speak openly about a certain topic or simply stating you interest in the web, this is rather be considered as Martial Law, That is what the public is saying. If you were a bird, would you like to take away your freedom?

Filipinos around the country has a life on the internet. Some are dependent on them, some uses them to escape the harsh reality, some uses them to study. Some Filipinos use social Medias to be heard and to voice out their opinions. It would be to no surprise that Filipinos would not agree to R.A. 10175. Some are already saying that, implementing this kind of law would take away their freedom of speech. Yes, it would take away their freedom. With Libel included on the Act, it would be already a crime just to joke on things. Filipinos are very fond of taking out laughs about things so that, it would not be considered as a problem. But, if that characteristic of a Filipino has been taken, they would surely be out there to reclaim it. It is their life, the very essence of being them, a Filipino.

Filipinos are already asking and doubting if the Philippines is really a democratic country. What should be the answer to that? What would the Government act if its people are against them? It would surely face consequences that its people might give. Or would they like to turn the country into a dictatorial-ship or totalitarian-ship? If that would be the case, then the government should brace themselves for another People Power event in the country.

I am not saying I am against the approved bill 10175 now a Republic Act 10175, but if the majority of people is against this kind of Law, I have no right to stop them. Philippines is a democratic country after all. Even in this very hour, I am receiving multiple tweets at my account about how they don't like R.A. 10175.

If ever that the government removes the law, I would take this act as a lesson that every people not only in the Philippines should have discipline about what they are doing in the internet. We humans are smart and powerful enough to realize our responsibility. As the old adage says, "With great powers, come with a great Responsibility."
