Perfect Crime Love Letter is the third installment of the cycle of Bookmark of Demise which is a story and at the same time a song made by 150P, on which sung by IA.
This story is connected to the first song “Lonely Hide and Seek”.
It tells about C-ta who constantly receives messages from an unknown person called @mearry1713. Throughout the song, he keeps receiving these messages and having flashbacks to the past. At one point, he kills another boy, which is the character on the Lonely Hide and Seek, A-ya. C-ta hears about the popular guy from the first song which before A-ya Dies. He is somehow in possession of the book. He receives a love letter by email. It has no name but the email is someone named @mearry1713. And it says "Right now am at the place" He wonders who it’s from. This related to the Japanese urban legend Merry-san about a young girl who threw away a foreign-made doll called "Merry" when she moved residences. That night, she got a phone call, "I'm Merry-san. I'm in the rubbish dump...", and then the call cut off, before she calls again, "I'm Merry-san... I'm at the corner of the street, at the tobacco store..." The next call has Merry saying, "I'm Merry-san, I'm in front of your house". The young girl goes to the front door and opens it, but there's no-one there. As soon as she thinks this is just another prank, there's another call, "I'm Merry-san. I'm right behind you." And then she dies.
The guy is worried but he thinks it’s a prank. Then he’s lying around worried at midnight and cannot go to sleep. He sees the moon, somehow it’s red. Something possesses him. He then kills A-ya. While he kills he is crying because he can’t control his body and is horrified at what’s happening.
This is a pretty twisted song and a little violent at some point. But this makes the song interesting and we now see how the stories are intertwined at some point. This is a kind of music I was really hoping for at my local country, something that has a deep emotion and a story of its own to keep the listeners interested.
