They say that having to join in a school organization is tough. Responsibilities and the duties of being in the organization will only make their time little for the things that they always do. Love life, hobbies, fun, games, and studies. That is what most students do during their teenage years or in their high school or college days. But what matter most that every person should experience life. Or let us cut the roundabout case, All person will experience life sooner or later. Should that happen, it is better that you have experienced little of it and knows how to handle it.

True, there are lot of pressure on being an officer or being just a committee or a trainee in a school organization. But with great distress comes a much greater reward. How? In example, you are tasked to take care for announcing some event that the organization has laid out, you have no experience in talking to people of large quantity. So the thing that would come into your mind first would be, "How should the hell I do this task?", or "I am a very shy person, I don't know how to speak well to people." Fear not, they say that, with every failure, you learn, you fought for something, or just want to experience on how to do it. It doesn't really matter whether you fail at your first, what matter most is that, you learned something from that failure. What should be your action to prevent failure from happening? or how to minimize the fail of your task. Easy. You just have to learn from the people who have experienced it. You just have to know to pull up your confidence to speak well for that task to finish up well. Practice makes perfect Right?

In an organization, you are a leader, you take some responsibilities to reach the goal of the organization. We all have some experience on being a leader even when we are a young-ling.We may be a good leader, or a bad leader, but it doesn't matter sometimes, what good is that, we have a way to share our God-given talent to the people that needs our help. Though, we carry burden in our back, we learn every time we finish something and our loads become light. When that pack of stones were put on our baggage again, we know that it is there, but the strengths that we acquired will always be ours and will not even notice the existence of that rock. My point? Knowledge is power. If you already know how to solve the problem that came in your way again, it will be an easy head shot to finish up that obstacle.

They mostly say, that they are busy enough to not have time for some extra work. Wonder what they do in their life? No matter, Being in an Organization will teach you how to manage your time right. yes, you read it quiet clear, it will teach you how to manage your time effectively and efficiently. The officers will not tell you how exactly to manage your time, but they can give you a hint on how to manage it. Why? There are different solution or tips that every people can work best for. It may be different for a boy and different for a girl. It all depends how we can work it in our most convenient way.

Events are fun when you participate on it right? But do you know how much fun and gainful to create an event? I won't tell you how and why. It is best that a person should experience it with his own hands and thinking. I could only say that, it is advantageous to the ones who make it because, they gain knowledge, experience and some extra something that can help them develop into a better person. It is tiring and stressful on the start and on the process, but hey, Like I said on the second paragraph, with great distress comes a much greater reward. In the end of the event, the organization may be tired and exhausted, but do you know why? I won't repeat myself again, I already said few of it.

Lastly, Does it makes you think why they look so cool sometimes even if they are just another normal student like you?
